ABOUT

WE KNOW CONSTRUCTION BECAUSE WE WORKED IN IT.

A man wearing a hard hat and safety vest holds a baby, while a woman stands beside him. They are in front of construction machinery with a CAT logo in a work site environment.

For ten years, Connor Choate worked in the trenches—literally—in the excavating and grading industry.

Starting as a laborer and working his way up to Project Engineer, he developed a deep understanding of every stage of the construction process. During that time, Connor managed over $30,000,000 in projects, overseeing not just execution, but also the planning and resource allocation required for success.

He was responsible for safety and loss control for a company with over $7,000,000 in payroll, helping drive the company’s experience modification rate (mod) to new lows through rigorous training and proactive safety measures.

Connor knows construction inside and out. He understands the risks that come with it—and is now committed to helping contractors like you reduce insurance costs, improve jobsite safety, and maximize the effectiveness of your coverage. The goal is simple: keep your projects running smoothly while minimizing unexpected costs.
